Faulty/Incorrect item errors must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When goods are supplied in error or arrive damaged we will cover all shipping costs and exchange or credit in full.
Refund, cancellation or exchange, goods may be returned within 14 working days of delivery for a refund, cancellation or exchange, the purchaser must cover the cost of return postage. If goods are returned after being in the customers possession for more than 14 working days this will incur a 15% restocking fee. Goods must be returned unused and with their original packaging, it should be noted that the purchaser has a duty of care whilst the goods are in their possession and they should be thoughtfully packaged for the return shipment. All returns should have a covering note with the invoice number clearly marked. Please note that when fitting electrical parts these can be damaged by the same faulty electrical system that caused the initial failure and in such circumstances these parts cannot be returned for refund.
We require the FULL NAME, USER ID & DELIVERY ADDRESS used on the order, also a brief description on the reason for return. This will enable us to ensure all returns are quickly and efficiently resolved.
Under no circumstances will HyperMoto be held liable for any fitting/labour charges incurred by the buyer. It is entirely the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct part prior to fitment and the part has been installed correctly by a qualified mechanic / technician.
No liability or returns are accepted where buyers have modified, adjust components or damaged through neglect.
HyperMoto, reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the HyperMoto website
