All information including pricing is deemed correct as published on this web site. We reserve the right to alter and modify the pricing and specification of products without notice. We also reserve the right to withdraw products at any time.

Payments

We will only dispatch items once payment is received in full. If an item cannot be sent for any reason you will be notified and offered an alternative or refund within 48hrs. We operate a secure encrypted site where necessary, all Internet transactions are handled by Worldpay or PayPal, we do not store nor have access to your card information.

Guarantee

All new products sold on this website are covered by their respective manufacturer’s 12 month guarantee unless stated otherwise. All exhaust systems carry a 90 day warranty unless stated otherwise in the product listing. This warranty does not cover any rust forming on any part of the system and only covers the system against faulty workmanship. Parts should be fitted by a trained professional motorcycle mechanic to maintain any guarantee.

Delivery

Our priority is to dispatch all orders the same day we receive them, however, this may not always be possible, please allow up to 3 days for delivery. All orders are sent recorded delivery, tracked & signed for depending on the delivery option chosen at time of checkout.

Please note that all Next Day services are working days not including Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays, Next Day orders placed on Friday before the cut of point will be delivered Monday (excluding bank holidays). Royal Mail Special Delivery (Saturday Service) should be used on Fridays if you need it for the weekend, UK Orders only.
